Diduga Korupsi, Kepala Desa di Toraja Ditahan Kejaksaan
TODAY, MAKALE – Kepala Lembang (Desa) Sampeparikan, Kecamatan Mappak, Tana Toraja berinisial P ditahan penyidik Kejari Tana Toraja, 21 Januari 2021, sore.
Ia ditahan usai diperiksa sebagai Tersangka di Kantor Kejari Tana Toraja, Jalan Pongtiku, Makale.
P diduga kuat melakukan penyelewengan dana lembang hingga merugikan negara ratusan juta rupiah.
Kajari Tana Toraja melalui Kasipidsus Achmad Syauki Tersangka diduga korupsi dana lembang Tahun Anggaran 2014-2019, yakni penyelewengan pekerjaan fisik serta gaji aparat.
Berdasarkan hasil audit Inspektorat Kabupaten Tana Toraja telah terjadi adanya kerugian negara.
“Negara dirugikan Rp.811.946.600. Dugaan korupsi pekerjaan fisik dan honor para petugas dan pengurus BPL lembang Sampeparikan,” kata Achmad.
Usai menandatangani berita acara penahanan, P kemudian dijebloskan ke Rutan Polres Tana Toraja, guna mengikuti proses hukum selanjutnya.
Tersangka dijerat pasal UU 31 Tahun 1999 tentang tindak pidana pemberantasan korupsi. (atjong)
