JRM Geram, Pemprov Biarkan Longsor di SMAN 12 Tana Toraja Sejak 2019
TODAY, MAPPAK – Tak kunjung ditangani Pemrov Sulsel, lokasi SMAN 12 Tana Toraja kembali dilanda bencana tanah longsor, Senin, 17 Mei 202 pagi.
Longsor susulan pada bahagian depan sekolah ini, menyusul hujan deras yang turun pada Minggu (16/5) malam.
Situasi ini menimbulkan kecemasan baik bagi pelajar dan guru, sehingga proses belajar mengajar di sekolah yang berada di Kelurahan Kondo Dewata, Kecamatan Mappak itu terganggu.
“Longsor bagian depan kompleks sekolah akibat hujan deras semalam. Kasian anak sekolah dan guru-guru kalau setiap ada hujan was-was cukup tinggi karena kuatir longsor ulang,” kata Legislator Sulsel, Jhon Rende Mangontan setelah mendapat laporan dari Kepala Sekolah SMAN 12, Senin (27/5) siang.
Diketahui, sebelumnya lokasi SMA 12 Tana Toraja dilanda longsor pada tahun 2019 lalu. Sejumlah bangunan sekolah rusak diterjang longsor.
Tak hanya itu, longsor juga mengakibatkan rekahan panjang pada bahagian depan dan atas sekolah, yang berpotensi longsor jika diguyur hujan deras.
Hampir 2 tahun lamanya dalam kondisi memprihatinkan, namun hingga kini belum ada tindakan nyata dari Pemprov Sulsel. Yang ada kesannya terjadi pembiaran, pasalnya kejadian ini sudah dilaporkan oleh pihak Sekolah SMAN 12 ke Dinas Pendidikan Pemprov Sulsel.
Anggota Fraksi Golkar Jhon Rende yang turun langsung meninjau kondisi SMAN 12 ketika Reses beberapa waktu lalu tepatnya, 8 Mei 2021 lalu, menyayangkan kondisi ini. Apalagi, berdasarkan laporan pihak sekolah, Dinas Pendidikan dan TGUPP telah meninjau langsung, tapi belum ada penanganan sama sekali.
Ia menegaskan tak ada lagi alasan pihak terkait tak segera menangani, sebab ini persoalan nyawa siswa-siswi murid guru.
“Pemprov khususnya Dinas Pendidikan malahan masih selalu beretorika mengatakan koordinasi dulu, padahal ini persoalan sejak 2019 dan tim sudah turun sejak terjadinya longsor. Saya pertanyakan, apakah SMAN 12 ini sengaja dibiarkan biar makin parah atau apakah nanti ada nyawa yang melayang baru tergerak,” geram JRM.
Melihat kondisi sekolah, menurut JRM yang juga Anggota Komisi E berlatar pendidikan Tehnik, bahwa diperlukan penanganan matang terhadap longsor, sebab struktur tanahnya sangat labil serta mengandung pasir
Penanganan matang yang ia maksud, yakni rekonstruksi tanah dengan pembuatan talud sistim terasering dan dengan perhitungan konstruksi yang matang, pembangunan atau pembuatan drainase untuk aliran air.
“Dan penghijauan disekitar kawasan lokasi sekolah itu sendiri,” lanjut Ketua Bappera Sulsel itu. (*)
