Kejari Tana Toraja Sukses Tagih Kredit Macet BRI Rp 2,7 Miliar
TODAY, MAKALE – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Tana Toraja sukses menagih kredit macet Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Cabang Rantepao tahun 2020 sebesar Rp 2,7 Miliar.
Penagihan dilaksanakan oleh Jaksa Pengacara Negara Kejaksaan Negeri Tana Toraja melalui Bidang Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara.
Kajari Tana Toraja Jefri P. Makapedua mengatakan uang milyaran yang berhasil ditagih itu sedikitnya dari 500 debitur, baik di Tana Toraja dan Toraja Utara.
“Kejari Tana Toraja berhasil menagih dari debitur macet BRI kurang lebih Rp 2,7 miliar,” kata Jefri, usai menyerahkan uang kepada pihak BRI, di Kantor Cabang BRI Rantepao, 19 Mei 2021.
Dia menjelaskan selama ini pihak BRI Cabang Rantepao menjalin kerja sama dengan Kejari Tana Toraja untuk mengatasi masalah debitur macet.
“Penagihan dilakukan berdasarkan SKK (surat kuasa khusus) antara pihak Bank BRI Rantepao dengan Kejari Tana Toraja yang dilaksanakan oleh Jaksa Pengacara Negara Kejaksaan Negeri Tana Toraja,” terangnya.
Sementara itu, pihak BRI yang menerima uang Rp 2,7 miliar memberi apresiasi kepada jajaran Kejari Tana Toraja.
Pimpinan BRI Cabang Rantepao Gunariyadi mengatakan jika uang yang berhasil ditagih sangat membantu dalam upaya memulihkan ekonomi, khususnya di Toraja.
“Semoga kerja sama ini dapat dilanjutkan kedepannya,” harap Gunariyadi. (*)
