Plt Gubernur Sulsel Kecam Insiden Bom Bunuh Diri di Gereja Katedral Makassar
TODAY, MAKALE – Plt Gubernur Sulsel Andi Sudirman Sulaiman menyampaikan prihatin atas insiden bom meledak di Gereja Katedral Makassar sekitar pukul 11.00 Wita, Minggu (28/3/2021).
“Innalilahi Wa Innailaihi Roji’un, kami turut berduka atas insiden diduga bom bunuh diri di Gereja Katedral Makassar,” ujar Andi Sudirman.
Ia yang tengah melakukan kunjungan kerjanya di Kabupaten Wajo pun terus berkomunikasi dengan pihak Polda Sulsel.
“Kami terus koordinasi bersama bapak Kapolda dan mendukung Kepolisian untuk mengusut kasus ini. Tentu kami sangat mengecam segala bentuk kekerasan (bom bunuh diri), apalagi menyebabkan orang lain terluka,” pungkasnya.
“Kami juga kepada aparat kepolisian untuk memperketat penjagaan rumah-rumah ibadah untuk menghindari dan mengantisipasi kejadian ini berulang,” pintanya.
Ia pun meminta partisipasi masyarakat untuk menghindari spekulasi dan hoax. “Kepada tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama, jurnalis media dan pihak keamanan, mari bersinergi untuk memberikan informasi yang jernih kepada masyarakat sambil menunggu hasil investigasi lebih jauh,” harapnya.
Teruntuk masyarakat Sulawesi Selatan, kata dia, “untuk meningkatkan kewasapadaan agar dapat menimimalisir potensi-potensi gangguan keamanan dan stabilitas di tengah masyarakat,” tambahnya.
Berdasarkan video yang beredar yang dilihat, aksi bom bunuh diri di sebuah gereja di depan pintu sebelah kanan gereja. Aksi bom bunuh diri ini membuat warga sekitar panik.
Dilaporkan sejumlah korban terluka. Di lokasi kejadian berserakan potongan tubuh manusia, diduga kuat adalah pelaku. (*)
