Peristiwa
Warga Sopai Ditemukan Tewas, Diduga Gantung Diri
TODAY, SOPAI – Seorang warga Lingkungan Lion, Kelurahan Nonongan, Kecamatan Sopai, Kabupaten Toraja Utara, ditemukan tewas dalam kondisi tergantung di rumahnya.
Diduga korban laki laki berinisial YU (57) nekad mengakhiri hidupnya dengan gantung diri.
Peristiwa tragis ini diketahui sekira pukul 08.10 wita oleh tetangga korban, Martinus Soni (36).
Menurut Martinus, tidak seperti pagi biasanya, korban tidak terlihat di bawah kolong rumahnya. Penasaran ia lalu mengecek langsung ke rumah korban.
“Saya intip dari laut rumah, saya kaget
melihat korban tergantung dengan leher terikat tali. Saya langsung panggil ponakan saya untuk memastikan kondisi korban,” ujar Martinus memberi keterangan kepada Polisi.
Sementara itu, unit identifikasi Polres Tana Toraja dipimpin Kasat Reskrim AKP Jon Pairunan yang tiba di lokasi langsung melakukan olah TKP. Hasilnya, petugas tak menemukan adanya tanda-tanda kekerasan pada tubuh korban.
“Namun ditemukan jelas pada leher korban bekas luka jeratan tali yang digunakan untuk gantung diri. selain itu ditemukan sperma, lendir pada hidung korban,” ujar Jon.
Ditambahkan Jon, hingga kini pihak keluarga korban belum membuat Surat Pernyataan lantaran masih menunggu saudara korban dari Palu untuk membuat surat pernyataan tidak dilakukan Otopsi. (Kefin)
