Batitong Maro Ringkus Pencuri Handphone
TODAY, MAKALE – Tim Resmob Polres Tana Toraja yang berjuluk Batitong Maro berhasil meringkus pelaku pencuri Handphone (Hp) inisial FR (30).
FR diciduk saat akan menjual Hp curiannya di Kelurahan Botang, Makale, Selasa (28/4) malam.
Dari tangan pelaku, polisi mengamankan sejumlah barang bukti. Antara lain 6 unit Hp merek Samsung dengan berbagai tipe, dan 1 unit sepeda motor.
“Ia benar, Sat Resmob Polres Tana Toraja dalam hal ini Tim Batitong Maro menangkap pelaku pencuri Handphone saat mau menjual barang curiannya tadi malam,” ujar Aiptu Erwin, Paur Humas Polres Tana Toraja membenarkan, Rabu (28/4) siang.
Diketahui FR melakukan aksi pencurian di konter Hp Baroka Cell beralamat di Se’pon, Makale.
Dalam aksinya, merusak gembok pintu konter kemudian masuk mengambil 6 unit Hp dan kartu data.
“Pelaku diancam pasal 362 KUHP, dengan hukuman penjara paling lama lima tahun,” jelasnya Erwin.
Saat ini, FR diamankan di Mapolres Tana Toraja untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya. (Juf)
