Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Toraja Utara Resmi Dilantik, Plt Gubernur: Jalankan Tugas Sesuai Visi Misi
TODAY, MAKASSAR – Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Terpilih Kabupaten Toraja Utara, Yohanis Bassang-Frederik V Palimbong resmi dilantik oleh Pelaksana Tugas Gubernur Sulawesi Selatan, Andi Sudirman Sulaiman di Ruang Pola Kantor Gubernur Sulsel, Senin (26/4/2021).
Pelantikan yang digelar dalam agenda Pengambilan Sumpah/Janji Jabatan ini terhadap Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Toraja Utara hasil Pilkada serentak tahun 2020 Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan untuk Periode 2021-2026.
“Hari ini Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Toraja Utara sudah mulai memangku jabatan dan amanah, bagaimana kemudian melaksanakan tugas-tugas sebagaimana visi misi yang telah dikampanyekan ke masyarakat,” ucap Andi Sudirman.
Meskipun pada pelaksanaannya nanti, Plt Gubernur mengakui tidak semua program kerja dalam visi misi dapat direalisasikan. “Tapi paling tidak kita bisa prioritas kerjanya sampai kita telah melaksanakannya,” ungkapnya.
Andi Sudirman juga menyampaikan prioritas program kerja Pemerintah Provinsi yang perlu bersinergi dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten Toraja Utara, khususnya dalam bidang infrastruktur. Apalagi Pemprov Sulsel mendorong pemerataan pembangunan, salah satunya dengan pembangunan di wilayah terisolir.
Pembukaan jalur Kecamatan Bua, Kabupaten Luwu menuju Kecamatan Rantepao, Toraja Utara
“Kebetulan di Toraja Utara ini ada pembangunan daerah-daerah terisolir dan pembangunan akses jalan lainnya yang masih berproses. Jalan Bua (Luwu) -Rantepao (Torut) masih berproses,” ungkapnya.
Yang tidak kalah penting, lanjut Andi Sudirman, adalah koordinasi yang selalu intens antara Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota dengan Pemerintah Provinsi. Sehingga akses informasi bisa lebih cepat terutama dalam menjalankan perencanaan yang lebih baik.
Plt Gubernur juga menyampaikan pesan kepada pasangan Yohanis Bassang-Frederick V Palimbong atau Ombas-Dedy untuk dapat menjalankan program pemulihan ekonomi dan program penanganan covid. Hal inilah, kata Plt Gubernur sekiranya mendapat dukungan dari Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota agar semua daerah di Sulawesi Selatan bisa bersama-sama menggalakkan upaya pemulihan ekonomi dan juga penanganan covid di Sulsel.
“Kita mau mengubah skema-skema pemulihan ekonomi secara serentak di Sulawesi Selatan,” jelasnya. (*)
