Curi Motor, Pemuda di Makale Diciduk Polisi
TODAY, MAKALE – SB berumur 30 tahun yang berdomisili di Garonggong, Kelurahan Tondon Mamullu, Kecamatan Makale diringkus unit Resmob Polres Tana Toraja, Minggu, 2 Mei 2021.
Ia diduga membawa kabur motor Honda Beat warna Hitam dengan Nomor Polisi DP 2507 FG, milik Natalia Palayuk.
Saat ditangkap tim Batitong Maro, julukan resmob polres Tana Toraja di rumahnya, SB tak melakukan perlawanan.
“Iya benar, hari ini kita lakukan penangkapan terhadap seorang terduga pelaku curanmor yang berinisial SB,” kata Kasat Reskrim AKP Syamsul Rijal dalam rilis pers Humas Polres Tana Toraja.
Motor Natalia Palayuk hilang pekan lalu, tepatnya Selasa, 20 April 2021 lalu. Malam itu korban yang juga warga Garonggong memarkir motornya didepan kios dan lupa mencabut kunci kontak. Keesokan hari Natalia sadar motornya sudah tidak berada di tempat sebelumnya atau hilang.
“Setelah diterima laporan petugas melakukan serangkaian penyelidikan. Kita temukan motor di rumah pelaku,’ jelas Rijal.
Saat ini SB telah diamankan berikut barang bukti di Mapolres Tana Toraja.
“Terduga SB dipersangkakan pidana Pasal 363 ayat 1 Ke-3e, Sub pasal 362 KUHPidana tentang pencurian dimalam hari, dengan ancaman pidana paling lama 7 tahun penjara,” ungkap Rijal.
Terkait kejadian ini, Kapolres Tana Toraja AKBP. Sarly Sollu mengimbau masyarakat agar hati-hati dan menjaga barang kendaraan milik sendiri dengan baik, karena kejahatan seperti pencurian sepeda motor bisa saja terjadi setiap saat.
“Semoga kejadian ini menjadi pelajaran bagi setiap warga pemilik kendaraan, jangan memarkir motor di sembarangan tempat tanpa pengawasan, apalagi sampai diparkir semalaman dengan kunci kontak yang melengket di motor. Ingat, kejahatan terjadi jika ada niat dan kesempatan, untuk itu kepada segenap warga masyarakat agar berhati-hati;saat memarkir kendaraan, pastikan dalam keadaan aman, dan tidak ada kunci kontak yang melengket,” imbau Sarly.
