Ketua DPD Mandala Trikora Papua Kunjungi Istri Korban KKB di Toraja
TODAY, TALLUNGLIPU – Ketua DPD Mandala Trikora Papua Ali Kabiay mengunjungi istri korban penembakan Kelompok Kriminal Bersenjata (KKB) Papua.
Kedatangan aktifis Papua itu mendapat sambutan hangat dari kedua belah pihak keluarga korban penembakan.

Menurut Ali, dirinya mewakili pemuda Papua datang ke Toraja untuk menyampaikan langsung belasungkawa ke istri almarhum Yonathan Renden dan Oktovianus Rayo.
“Saya mewakili Pemuda Papua turut berbelasungkawa atas penembakan terhadap kedua korban,” kata Ali, di kediaman istri almarhum Yonathan Renden, Senin, 3 Mei 2021.
Aktifis Papua ini juga berharap keluarga korban mendapat perhatian dari Pemerintah Provinsi Papua.
“Berharap segenap Pemerintah di Provinsi Papua dapat membantu dan meringankan duka dan kesusahan keluarga korban yang telah ditinggalkan kedua suami mereka,” ujarnya.
Pada kesempatan itu, Ali Kabiay menegaskan bahwa kedua korban penembakan KKB bukanlah mata-mata TNI.
“Saya tegaskan kedua korban bukanlah mata mata seperti yang dituduhkan,” ungkapnya.
Diketahui Yonathan Renden dan Oktovianus Rayo tewas ditembak KKB yang kini dilabeli Kelompok Separatis dan Teroris (KST) Papua oleh Intelijen Negara (BIN), pada 8 dan 9 maret 2021 lalu, di Distrik Beoga, Kabupaten Puncak, Papua.
Kedua almarhum merupakan tenaga pendidik berstatus Guru honor. (Juf)
