Pemerintahan
Pemerintahan Theo-Zadrak “Digerogoti” Kinerja Payah ASN
TODAY, MAKALE – Kabupaten Tana Toraja dibawah kendali Theofilus Allorerung-Zadrak Tombeg (Theo-Zadrak) diperhadapkan dengan sekelumit masalah.
Selain utang warisan dari pemerintahan sebelumnya, salah satu masalah yang perlu penanganan serius, yakni memperbaiki kinerja ASN lingkup Pemkab Tana Toraja.
Pasalnya, sebagai pelayan masyarakat, kinerja ASN lingkup Pemkab Tana Toraja boleh dibilang jauh dari kata displin pasca bergantinya roda pemerintahan.
Buruknya kinerja ASN disaksikan langsung oleh Bupati Theo dan Wabup Zadrak saat melakukan inspeksi mendadak (sidak) di sejumlah kantor dan pelayanan kesehatan, Selasa, 23 Maret 2021 pagi.
Bupati sidak di kantor kecamatan Makale Selatan dan kelurahan Tiromanda. Sementara Wabup di Puskesmas Makale Utara dan kantor Kelurahan Lemo.
Di kantor Makale Selatan, Bupati hanya mendapati 1 orang ASN berada di kantor, sementara di Kelurahan Tiromanda tak nampak satu orang pun pegawai.
Demikian halnya Wabup menemukan pintu kantor kelurahan Lemo masih terkunci sedangkan di Puskesmas Makale Utara, meski terbuka, namun tak satupun petugas kesehatan terlihat.
“Di Kelurahan Lemo kantor masih tutup, padahal sudah ada warga yang datang akan mengurus surat-surat. Sedangkan di Puskesmas, meski terbuka tetapi tak ada satupun petugas didalam. Saya tunggu sampai pukul 80.15 Wita juga belum datang,” ungkap Wabup kepada torajadaily, Selasa (23/3) siang, di Makale.
Bukan kali ini saja kondisi serupa terjadi. Sebelumnya wabup yang intens melakukan sidak juga menemukan banyaknya ASN tidak disiplin. Hal ini disayangkan Wabup, sebab sejatinya ASN adalah pelayan masyarakat.
“Kita sayangkan kondisi ini. ASN adalah abdi masyarakat, patutnya bersyukur dengan status ini dengan memperlihatkan kinerja yang baik,” katanya.
Payahnya disiplin ASN ini, menurut Wabup akan menjadi catatan khusus dirinya bersama bupati. Ia berharap ASN lingkup Pemkab Tana Toraja benar-benar bekerja melayani masyarakat.
“Kita inginkan etos kerja ASN meningkat dengan kesadaran. Nah, bagaimana mau melayani masyarakat kalau tidak disiplin. Ini akan menjadi catatan kita,” tegas Wabup yang juga dokter spesialis anak. (Atjong)
