Polres Toraja Utara Limpahkan Empat Tersangka Judi Sabung Ayam ke Kejaksaan
TODAY, RANTEPAO – Penyidik Reskrim Polres Toraja Utara melimpahkan empat Tersangka berikut barang bukti perkara judi sabung ayam ke Kejaksaan, Kamis, 20 Mei 2021.
Empat Tersangka yang sehari-harinya bekerja di sawah (Petani) itu, masing-masing berinisial MGS (40), LB (66), YS serta MB.
Pelimpahan Tersangka dan barang bukti dilakukan setelah berkas Perkara penyidikan dinyatakan lengkap atau P.21 oleh Kejaksaan ( JPU).
“Dengan dilimpahkannya Tersangka dan barang bukti maka kasus tersebut sudah menjadi tanggungjawab Kejaksaan untuk diajukan di sidang Pengadilan,” kata Kasat Reskrim AKP Hardjoko.
Untuk diketahui, 4 Tersangka diamankan oleh Timsus Singgallung Polres Toraja Utara saat melakukan judi sabung ayam di Kelurahan Tallang Sura, Kecamatan Buntao, Toraja Utara, 21 April 2021 lalu. (*)
